The camera too can have its motion sensing area customized through the ring app and can cover up to three different zones.
Select the device camera doorbell etc you need to reconnect to wifi.

While setting up ring stick up cam 1st generation you ll be asked to put the device into setup mode in order to put the device into setup mode press and release the orange button on the back of the stick up cam as shown in the image below.
Open up the ring app and tap on the three lines on the top left.
While setting up ring floodlight cam you will be asked to put the device into setup mode note that the device will automatically enter setup mode the first time it receives power in order to put the device into setup mode press and release the small button on the top of the camera as shown in the image below.

When the white light stops flashing you can tap continue in the ring app and begin using your floodlight cam.
